床與爆彈

雖然睡一場好覺不能幫我拆炸彈，但睡醒後我會更有力氣去面對它。

各種煩惱與壓力像是氣球一樣，我們恐懼它發展到某一刻會爆炸，擔心糟糕的事情會發 生，但它終究是個氣球。床則是讓人最能卸下戒心、最赤裸的場域，在溫暖織品的包圍 下，人得以暫時 避外界的紛擾，得到安心感並滿足人的基本需求。
這件作品使用許多人的床伴、溫暖的燈光、尋求安心感的重複動作，將日常中能讓人感到 平靜、溫暖的物件提取出來，與我們想像中危險的氣球結合，表現出在幽微的不安中尋求安心，並維持一種微妙的平衡與平行狀態。

The Bed and the Bomb

A good night's sleep won’t defuse the bomb,
but when I wake up, I’ll have more strength to face it.

Various worries and pressures are like balloons, and we fear that they will explode at some point, worrying that something bad will happen. However, it is ultimately just a balloon. The bed is the most intimate and vulnerable space, where, surrounded by warm fabrics, one can temporarily escape the disturbances of the outside world, find a sense of peace, and satisfy basic human needs.

This artwork incorporates people's bed companions, warm lighting, and repetitive actions seeking a sense of security. It extracts objects from daily life that bring tranquility and warmth, combining them with the imagined danger of balloons. It portrays seeking comfort in subtle discomfort and maintaining a delicate balance and parallel state.

ぐっすり眠ることで爆弾は解体できないけど、
起きたとき、もっとちゃんと向き合える力がある気がする。

悩みやプレッシャーは風船のようなもの。いつか破裂するのではないかと私たちは怯え、何か最悪のことが起こるのではと不安になる。けれど、それは所詮「風船」でしかない。ベッドとは、人が最も無防備になれる場所。あたたかな布に包まれて、一時的に外界から解放され、安心感と基本的な欲求が満たされる空間である。

この作品では、ぬいぐるみ、柔らかな光、安心感を求める反復的な動作など、人が日常のなかで心を落ち着かせるための要素を取り出し、風船という「破裂の可能性を含む存在」と組み合わせることで、かすかな不安のなかで安心を求める姿、そしてその中にある絶妙なバランスや並行状態を可視化している。
